This year’s event, themed “Vietnam Tourism - Green Transformation for Sustainable Development”, is held at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (I.C.E Hanoi), located at No. 91 Tran Hung Dao Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, District 1, Hoan Kiem City, Hanoi.

VITM Hanoi 2024 attracted over 450 booths from 700 businesses from 55 localities of Vietnam and 16 countries and territories. The travel mart serves as a platform for provinces and cities to highlight and promote their local tourism products and services to both domestic and international tourists.

Moreover, the event is a great opportunity to foster business collaboration and create diverse, high-quality tourism products to better serve tourists. The Western Mekong Delta tourism cluster comprises seven provinces and cities, namely Can Tho, An Giang, Kien Giang, Hau Giang, Bac Lieu, Soc Trang, and Ca Mau. These localities work together closely to organize several annual events such as the Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) in Hanoi and the International Travel Expo in Ho Chi Minh City 2024 (ITE HCMC). Additionally, they collaborate with the Mekong Delta Tourism Association and Eastern Mekong Delta tourism cluster to hold conferences promoting regional tourism in provinces and cities across the country and internationally.
