At the reception, Mr. Le Quang Manh, Secretary of Can Tho city’s Party Committee, provides information to Mr. Nicolas Warnery regarding development potential and the position as the regional center of Can Tho city. In the afternoon of the very same day, Ambassador Nicolas Warnery and the French delegation visited and worked with Can Tho University. Here, the two sides signed an agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between Can Tho University and the Institute of Research for Development (IRD) in sharing information, promoting research, training, and consulting activities in areas such as environmental science, climate change adaptation and mitigation, social science, technology and engineering, agriculture and aquaculture, etc.
