On the evening of April 1, Mr. Nguyen Thuc Hien, Vice Chairman of the Can Tho City People’s Committee, along with relevant departments, agencies, the city’s ODA Project Management Board, and the Ninh Kieu District People’s Committee, welcomed a delegation from the World Bank and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), led by Mr. Thomas Gass, Swiss Ambassador to Vietnam, and Ms. Mariam J. Sherman, World Bank Division Director for Viet Nam, Cambodia, and Laos. The delegation paid a courtesy visit and observed a water music performance at the Cai Khe Lock.
